The rent per flat is graded according to the size of the flat and the furnishings of the room. The room rates start at € 430.00 (including all utilities and up to 300 MBit internet connection) and go up to € 550 for our large single rooms. Applications for this hall of residence can be submitted throughout the year. The move-in dates are 01.04. and 01.10. of each year. All applications submitted by 01.03. and 01.09. will be included in the allocation for the respective semester.
