Dein Mitbewohner ist ein frischgebackener Rentner, im Job Ingenieur gewesen, der schon länger aber nur "etwas mit Computern" gemacht hat und pendelt zwischen dem Haus seiner Frau und der Westendhöhe. Die drei Töchter sind aus dem Haus, er hat relativ viel Platz und freut sich auf einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin.
Geteilt wird die gut ausgestattete Küche, das Bad und Gäste-WC, sowie Flur, Waschküche und Garten. Dein Reich ist das möblierte ca 16 qm. große Zimmer, hell, mit hoher Decke und zwei großen Fenstern auf der Nordseite. Die Zimmertür öffnet zum lichtdurchfluteten Flur auf der Südseite des Hauses.
Studierende der Hochschule Worms wären besonders willkommen, gern internationale. Die Wohnung liegt nur 800 m von der Hochschule, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen; zur Bushaltestelle "Rudi-Stephan-Allee" sind es nur 20 m vom Hofeingang.

We share the well-equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the guest-WC as well as the hallway, the laundry room and the garden. Your realm is a furnished, 16 sq. m. bright room with a high ceiling and two large windows to the north. The door opens to the sunlit hallway on the south side of the house.
Your roommate is a recent retiree, a former engineer but who had mainly done "something with computers" for a while in his last job. He commutes between his wife's house and Westendhöhe. His three daughters have moved out, so he has plenty of space and is looking forward to having a housemate.
A student of the Worms University of Applied Sciences would be particularly welcome, ideally international students. The apartment is located just 800 meters from the university and easily accessible by foot; the "Rudi-Stephan-Allee" bus stop is just 20 meters from the courtyard entrance.
